This is the Press Kit for the 1997 holiday re-release of the hit Disney animated movie musical "The Little Mermaid," inspired by the classic Hans Christian Andersen story.  It includes a 12"x 9" glossy folder with an image of the protagonist Ariel swimming to the surface of the ocean.  Inside the folder are seven glossy pages of about the film's story, the filmmakers, the composers, character descriptions, a two-page spread of antagonist Ursula the octopus, lyrics to some of the songs including "Under the Sea," and more.  There also is a two-page press release about the limited holiday release in 1997. Note that there are no stills or CD-ROM of images from the film. But this is a cool Disney collectible nonetheless.
There are no marks or tears.
