VTG STANGL POTTERY SUGAR BOWL AND LID 'GOLDEN BLOSSOM' HAND PAINTED EXC COND USA

Description

This is a lovely Vintage Stangl Pottery Sugar Bowl with Lid in the 'Golden Blossom' pattern.  It is in near mint condition with no cracks, stains, crazing or repairs.  There is one 3 mm superficial chip on the inner opening of the bowl.  Otherwise perfect.  It is signed on the bottom, is shiny, glossy, glaze perfect, immaculate.  The color is a speckled off white with gold flowers, green stems & leaves;  interior  cocoa brown.  Stangl was made in Trenton, NJ.
The bowl measures 3 5/16" circumference at the top;  4 1/16" circumference at the bottom;  stands 2 5/8" tall without the lid off;  stands 3 1/2" tall with the lid on.
The knobbed lid is 3" in diameter.
