    It's a late 20th century excellent condition 3 piece set of a ceramic alligator, by M. Gzmant.  Green in color adding realism, and gives the appearance of being under water, like he's lurking.  It's an indoor version and put together measures 16". Look great on a shelf or coffee table. Felt material on underside  for furniture protection.
