Stangl Pottery Orchard Song 15 x 11 Platter - Nice Condition
This item is a large, heavy platter -suitable for family dining or a Thanksgiving turkey.  It has one scratch, one stain and one crack, See the pictures and read the Condition description at the top above the bidding/buying prices.
This pattern, Orchard Song was introduced in 1962 and the color scheme was suggested by House and Garden Magazine's fashion color program for 1963. The pattern was extremely popular during the 1960's but by 1974 it was no longer in Stangl Catalogs although it remained available as an inactive pattern for 2 more years.   Because of this long run, this is an easy pattern to collect. In fact we have quite a few more peices so bid to win and then browse the store for more items in the gorgeous pattern .
