    12.5” round stoneware tidbit serving platter
    6” center handle
    Made in Trenton, NJ, USA
    For your consideration is this lovely example of Stangl design and craftsmanship.
    This 12.5” round tidbit plate with 6” center handle is done in Stangl’s lovely Blue Daisy pattern.
    The design features 2 daisies hand painted in shades of blue and surrounded by fern like sage green leaves and brown stems and berries. The background is a soft speckled ivory and the back of the plate is a muted tan color.
    Around the rim of the plate there are 2 rings of soft blue. Between the rings, circling the plate, are incised tan decorative loops.
    The bottom is marked with the Stangl logo and is initialed by the artist who painted it. It says Hand Painted by D.
    This beautiful serving piece is free of chips, cracks, crazing, or utensil marks. The 6-inch gold tone central handle has some wear without any significant pitting of the metal. I think that some brass cleaner will make it shine up perfectly.
