Blok-lok Super Concentrate is a 100% active, water based, low VOC, clear penetrating water repellent with a unique blend of silane/siloxanes and exclusive Micro-Lok formulation for use on vertical concrete, brick, block and other porous surfaces. Blok-lok™ forms a long-chain water repellent barrier deep within the surface. This hydrophobic barrier repels water and salts yet remains highly vapor permeable, allowing moisture to escape. Blok-lok™ provides excellent warrantied protection for a wide range of commercial, industrial, infrastructure, residential and restoration projects. Blok-lok™ Silane Siloxane Water Repellent Super Concentrate, each 1 quart makes 5 gallons ready-to-use product (mix 1 gallon concentrate with 9 gallons water to make 10 gallons ready-to-use product).
