Pioneer ODR DEX-P9 RS7xii TOSLINK adaptor

Description

This is not a replacement solution for the ODR cable between Pioneer units.
This IS the answer to using an ODR source with aftermarket DSP with standard Toslink optical cables.
So the ODR OUTER+   is a Toslink adapter for Pioneer ODR models. This converts the proprietary ODR connector to a standard Toslink fitting.
Now you can use your ODR head unit with any external DSP that has a fiber optic input.
This has been successfully tested on both the DEX- P9R and  the RS-7Xii
. It
should work with
Pioneer  ODR models that have  connections as shown in the the picture.
Unlike the Sony CDX-900 CDX-x910 CDX-c90 the
Pioneer ODR models carry both CD and radio on the digital output.
