    Description

    Pelikans were my first love in fountain pens. My family and I recently had a beautiful ten days  in Portugal which we much loved but now to help pay for, so I'm selling off many of my vintage and near vintage fountain pens -- see my other listings! -- including this one among my beloved Pelikans--chosen because the tortoise shell models seem these days to be the rarest and most coveted of all. Everything about this pen is just right--it fits in a small hand and a large one, it writes like a dream, it looks like a beautiful accessory from the high glamour days of the 20th century.
