    Description

    PELIKAN 400 Green & Black Striated Fountain Pen 14ct.
    Unfortunately I do not know much about these kind of pens. It is marked "400". This has not been tested and is sold as is. I came across this in a bulk lot of items I purchased. It looks to be in good condition although there is a strange spot on the cap that does not look right to me (seen in the last picture). It does not write due to not having ink in it anymore I believe. There are remnants of blue ink on the nib. I'm not sure what size nib is on this pen. Includes the Pelikan case and warranty pamphlet as shown. Please view the pictures provided.
