I had quotes from several years ago in excess of 00 for just the equivalent switching gear and not the cabinetry. There is at least one company that I recall who makes drop-in replacement boards if you don't want to look for pre-owned spares. Obviously, the cost has gone up on everything at this point in time and will continue to do so.
It has two smaller power supplies but you would need to add additional power supplies/battery/capacitor depending upon the power requirements of what you plan to demonstrate.

A set of spare boards and main control panels worth at least 0, if not more will also be included.
The speaker cavities are mostly isolated from each other save for the hole for the wiring to pass from cavity to cavity and have poly fill. The speaker switching boards isolate them from each other by shorting the terminals of the non-active speakers.
You can see the old way of mounting equipment in some photos but the main photo is the most current evolution of how it has been modified it to recess the amplifiers, illuminate them with LED and to secure the amplifier adjustments from casual onlookers.
The speaker panels are no longer painted red, they are wrapped in red vinyl and the amplifier panels are also upholstered.

New speaker panels are vinyl wrapped, old ones were spray painted red. I may still have some of them and will give you whatever spares/extras I have.
Top logo can be replaced with yours. It is gray formica underneath it.
Transportation/Logistics
Local pickup only. Must be loaded during business hours Monday - Friday and must plan to be outside the facility by 5pm (storage facility operating hours which I don’t control). I can arrange to meet serious buyer to inspect the merchandise during these hours. Might be able to arrange for the facility to stay later or open by appointment during the weekend but the buyer would be 100% responsible for whatever they require in terms of compensation to do that.
Main display is on its side and strapped to two furniture dollies to be able to move it around and could potentially roll it onto a lift gate to be rolled into a moving/box truck. Recommend either a box truck (how I got it there) with a powered lift gate or potentially could be loaded on an open trailer. Storage facility has a forklift and may charge -20 for the operators time. I would not count on being able to push it up a trailer's ramp.
The main display is very large and would require a lot of time to separate into the three pieces (it can be separated) but you would have to disassemble all the internal wiring between the units and would not be recommended. Speaker towers are broken down to the individual 6 towers and mounting bases. Amplifier and radio mounts are removed to be able to inspect wiring.
