DETAILS
Lanco Aqua-Proof is a liquid elastomeric base membrane, made with styrene butadiene resin and rubber that performs a monolithic cover developed to waterproofing floors, walls, roofs and below grade surfaces. Design for many waterproofing applications on concrete surfaces, metal, wood, asphalt membranes, polyurethane, EPDM and TPO.
Protects against moisture and leaks
Recommended coverage: 80 sq. ft. (7.4 m) per gallon (20 wet mils, 10.5 dry mils)
Highly flexible rubber coating
Can be applied to damp substrates
Serves as a main waterproof coating or as part of a repair system (must be protected from UV exposure)
High alkalinity resistance
Excellent for use under tiles or plastering in bathrooms walls and floors
Low V.O.C.
Monolithic membrane performs well in tests even when continuously immersed in water
Quick drying, touch-dry in one hour
Applies blue and dries in black color for easy application
Excellent vapor barrier or adherent barrier on asphalt surfaces
Do not need other primers for its application
Made in the USA
Excellent adhesion to asphalt surfaces
Drying time: 30-60 minutes to touch, 2-4 hours to recoat (79˚F (26˚C) and 85% RH)
Excellent crack-bridging properties
