Up for sale is a pair of Kenwood KFC-Xr71P crossovers. These crossovers are in good working order and are in beautiful cosmetic shape and could pass for new. They feature a very unique tweeter protection circuit (see below) to protect them from damage at excessive input levels. These would be great as a replacement for your original component set, or for use with other speakers.

Crossovers specifications
K-Glow Tweeter Protection Circuit:
This tweeter protection circuit uses an incandescent lamp to divert power from the tweeter at excessive input levels. The lamp's impedance increases with heat, so, as the power to the tweeter increases, the circuit absorbs more power, continually protecting the tweeter from damage.
Selectable Tweeter Output Level:
Each crossover has a 3-position switch that allows you to select the tweeter output level according to system requirements and personal preference. The switches may be set to "-4dB", "-2dB" or "0dB".
2-Way Crossovers:
The crossovers feature a 5kHz high-pass network for the tweeters and a 5kHz low-pass network for the woofers.
Input/Output Connections:
The crossover inputs and outputs are gold-plated screw terminals.
Mounting:
There are two mounting holes in the base of each crossover.
