Greate Bay Casino Corporation (GBCC) and its subsidiaries are engaged in the development and sale of casino-related information technology systems. GBCC was also engaged in casino-related operations, consisting of management and consulting contracts with gaming facilities located in Aurora, Illinois and Tunica County, Mississippi and ownership and operation of the Sands Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City, New Jersey. GBCC is insolvent and its only remaining operating activity is the development, installation and maintenance of casino systems by its wholly owned subsidiary, Advanced Casino Systems Corporation.
