Pick this up about three four years ago. I thought I'd have time to fix it, never got around to it. looks like it's going to need an eccentric and maybe a pillow bearing for the front head. The hydraulics seem to be weak it will move the machine but it will not move me in front of the machine, this is usually how I test to make sure they are working.  Whether they can slide my 250 lb across the floor or not is my test I'm selling it for parts or repair I know the essentrics are around 0 through National floor and a pillow bearing is usually around 50 as far as what's wrong with the hydraulics I'm not a hydraulic guy. local pickup only Springfield Ohio 45504
