    It sprays out as a thick liquid, seeps into cracks and holes and dries to a watertight, flexible, rubberized coating. Flex Seal coats, seals, protects and will stop leaks fast! Available in 12 vibrant colors. It’s like a…Handyman in a can!
    Directions:
    Read entire can. Wear face and eye protection, protective gloves, and clothing. Make sure the surface is clean, dry, and free of grease, oil, and dirt. Shake well. Spray 8” to 12” from surface, using an even, sweeping motion. Apply multiple, even coats until all cracks and holes have been filled.
    Flex Tips:
    Spray a larger area than area where the leak is and feather the edges. For best results, apply multiple coats rather than one thick coat and use at can temperatures above 60ºF. Make sure Flex Seal has filled all cracks and holes and is fully cured before testing product. If light can pass through, apply additional coats.

    Instructions:
    So easy to use! Read entire can. Wear face and eye protection, protective gloves and clothing. Surface must be clean, dry and free of grease, oil and dirt. Shake Well: Spray 8 inches to 12 inches from surface using a sweeping motion. Apply several coats until all cracks and holes have been completely filled. Each coat must be dry before applying additional coats. Depending on temperature and humidity, allow up to 24 hours between coats and 48 hours to fully cure. After each use, invert can and apply a short burst to clear nozzle. Hint: Make sure all cracks and holes have been completely filled and is fully cured before testing. If light passes through apply additional coats. Use only in a well ventilated area. Prevent vapor buildup by opening doors and windows Ensure fresh air entry during application and drying. Do not use near heat, sparks, pilot lights or other sources of ignition. Do not smoke. When covering large areas indoors, eliminate ignition sources far from the point of use because vapors are heavier than air and may travel significant distances. When applying to large areas indoors, do not exceed use of 1/2 of a can before allowing one hour for the coating to dry and vapors to dissipate before using again. Works best at can. Note: This product has not been tested for use in portable water systems. may not be compatible with some plastics, vinyls and rubbers. Not intended for use by Professional Roofers.
