According to the manufacturer, this bow has all the engineering of an adult bow in a youth size, and is adjustable between 12" and 24" of draw length, and has a draw weight adjustable from 9 pounds up to 25 pounds. Quite the range!
This bow is in overall great condition with two caveats. There is exceptionally tiny paint chipping that is barely visible around the front of the grip/arrow rest, and two, one of the cables has some fraying to the left hand side of the cables yoke, the right side of the cable yoke is fine and so is the length of cable past the yoke split. The other cable and main bowstring are in great condition, and it pulls and actuates the cams just fine. At the draw weights this is used, its probably unnecessary to replace it, but replacement cables usually run about 35 bucks, and I have knocked the price down to accomodate this. Its exceedingly simple to swap the bow cables on this, especially when its set to only 9 pounds draw weight. See pictures. This is a 9 dollar bow in great shape, being offered at less than half MSRP price for the hassle of replacing one cable, if you even choose to do it. Accordingly, this is being offered as-is, with no warranty expressed or implied. I have disclosed all details to the best of my ability, but my son and I are just backyard target bow shooters, not professionals.
