A letter that concludes with the author's name is laid-in.
Page numbering ends with page number 201 but there are an additional 64 pages bound-in past the numbered pages. There is a 1 page numbering gap between pages 188 and 198 though I do not know if that means a page is missing or if the pages were mis-numbered.
9" x 11-1/2" x 1-1/4". Bound between pressboard covers, 2 prong clip metal binder mechanism (see last 2 photos). Cover wear includes stains, creases, and rubs/paper loss along edges. Stains inside covers opposite metal binding (see last 2 photos). A very few small stains spots internally. Yellow highlighter in a few places. Some edge and corner wear including bends. Some creases.
Old paper items often bear remnants of their long lives and previous homes. They may have had past exposure to a variety of environmental conditions such as odors, dust, storage in attics/basements, etc.
