With this design, our system offers the highest production rate in its class. Avenger machines are built with the Magnetic Instant-Change tool mounting system. The system can mount scraper tools, standard M6 three-hole metal trapezoid tools, and Velcro-Mounted polishing tools. The Velcro adapters are included in the price of each machine and follow the same M6 three-hole pattern as our grinding pads so you never have to worry about fumbling about with many parts and trinkets to get your system to run properly. With the help of sophisticated American-Made Controls, Avengers utilize powerful, durable three-phase motors which enable the use of variable speed functions and forward/reverse action. The Motor Control Unit on all Avenger machines is a NEMA 4X Variable Frequency Drive, IP 66 rated for harsh environments where water and dust protection are mandatory. With our US-Made controls, you get maximum cooling because the heat sinks are always exposed to open air, allowing the temperature to radiate away quicker as opposed to being sealed in a cabinet as seen on all other grinders. Only the vital and sensitive components are sealed in the NEMA 4X housing so that there is no possible way for dust or water to seep into the electronics cavity! This means that our machines are vastly more reliable than the regular single-phase machines from leading competitive sources. An Avenger will keep working and working without the need for frequent maintenance such as changing snapped belts or swapping exhausted, dirty, grease. Every 100 Hours of work, just pop the oil seal, drain and refill the oil according to the specs in your manual for your particular model, pop the seal back on and you’re all set. Unless you regularly and deliberately crash your machine into steel rods in your floor, you won’t need to worry about maintenance for years!
