Antique 1900 Chinese/Japanese Silver Raised Dragon Cigarette Case marked SWEENEY

This case was found at an estate.  It is a cigarette case with a hinged top marked SWEENEY (unsure if this is a monogram or a signature name, I am unsure).  The dragon is raised  and stunning.
IT IS  HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you view all photos before bidding.
This item was found in a trunk of an estate in a pocket of a very old suit coat.  The metal patina was so bad It was BLACK when I found it.  I cleaned it up and although not perfect it has shine to it.  It is unmarked but I suspect silver plate at least (possibly better).   The total weight is 90.9 grams.
Please note it has at least a few deep noticeable dings, dents, scratches and could still use a good polishing.  It is still fully useable or suitable for crafting.  It does have its flaws as it is quite old but WOW, what a find!
I am not a smoker, but this wouldNOT fit 100s, it is for shorts.
