Alexa Spring is an established company nestled in the middle of the Ouachita National Forest near the small town of Mount Ida, Arkansas. With a population of only 974, the area is surrounded by national forests – eliminating concern about pollution and other dangers. Alexa Springs is protected by the national forest with zero outside influence from man, agriculture, or industry. Our bottling lines utilize an automated high speed output to fill, cap, label and package our natural spring bottled water using only machines. This manufacturing process ensures our product is completely untouched by humans. Since 2004 we have provided Custom Labeled bottled spring water from our protected source in Arkansas where every bottle is bottled in Mount Ida. This offering is for our generic labeled bottle that we stock at our seven locations across the country. We have the distribution network to supply almost every major city in the United States with centers located in Dallas, TX, Chicago, IL, Los Angeles, CA, Chambersburg, PA, North Powder, OR. and Medley, FL. STATE OF THE ART BOTTLING FACILITY: The bottling lines at our plant utilize an automated high speed output to fill, cap, label and package our natural spring bottled water with labels at a rate of 400 per minute using only machines. This manufacturing process ensures our product is completely untouched by man.
RICH MINERAL CONTENT:  Our spring water has a rich mineral content with a TDS (total dissolved solids) of 142 ppb (parts per billion). This results in an absolute crisp, refreshing taste that could only come from nature itself. pH content is 7.2
SAVING THE PLANET:  Our natural spring bottled water has a reduced plastic content of 13.2 grams (30% reduction). Our bottles are non-toxic, non-hazardous and fully recyclable.
DELIVERY GUIDELINES FOR PALLET SHIPMENTS:
Our selling price includes free shipping with the following considerations for pallet shipments. 1.) Ideally buyers need a standard loading dock 48" high that can accommodate a trailer up to 53' in length with swinging doors and have the proper equipment to unload pallets with an estimated weight of approx. 2,000 lbs. 2.) The process must be completed within a 2 hour time period. 3.) If you do not have a dock we can deliver via lift gate transport and pallet jack. These vehicles operate at a separate rate and we will require an additional fee. 4.) Inside delivery including freight elevators, two wheeler requirements, etc., plus .50 per carton. 5.) Limited access includes, but not limited to; schools, government offices, prisons, military, golf courses, country clubs, residential areas, airports, and non-commercial enterprises, plus per pallet. 6.) Waterproofing, plus per pallet, and will require an additional 1-2 days for delivery. 7.) Please note that delivery drivers will not be able to assist with the unloading process. 8.) Deliveries will be made between the hours of 8AM and 5PM, Monday through Friday, and are for one location only. Requests for appointments are not available. 9.) Business deliveries must be located in areas zoned business/commercial, with no limited access, no parking restrictions or limited hours of operation. - We will contact you upon receipt of your order to confirm your pallet delivery conditions and collect any additional fees via your credit card.
