NEW 3 Momentive 2.8 Ounce Tube RTV108 HIGH PERFORMANCE Translucent Silicone Sealant
General purpose, one-part silicone sealant that cures to a tough, durable, resilient silicone rubber on exposure to atmospheric moisture at room temperature. Standard strength paste consistency product that can be applied to vertical and overhead surfaces where pourable / self-leveling sealants are not practical. Has excellent low and high temperature performance (-75? to 400?F). Can be used in food contact applications where FDA regulations apply (Reference: CDS4319). Recognized by UL under UL FIle # E-36952.
- One-part red RTV silicone sealant with a paste consistency for filling and sealing gaps or cracks up to 1/4" wide in high-temperature, indoor and outdoor applications
- Paste consistency allows for application on vertical or overhead surfaces
- Adheres to many metals, glass, ceramic, silicone rubber, and some rigid plastics without the use of primer
- Continuous service range is -75 to +500 degrees F (-60 to +260 degrees C) and intermittent service range is -75 to +600 degrees F (-60 to +315 degrees C)
- Applications: Sealing heating elements; Gasketing; Electrical insulation; Sealing and bonding in high temperature environments
- USDA, May be used on equipment in contact with edible products
