It has an interesting number which would be...1 234. 1 would be the County Code which would be Natrona County which is the Casper area. The series of the plate numbers is 234...making it a 1234 plate. See the picture and click on it to enlarge it to judge the condition for yourself as everyone's opinion on condition varies. In my opinion it is in excellent condition. It is a "Natural" meaning there is only one year sticker applied to the plate making it an original year of issue plate.
