All you would need to find is an original 1913 Wyoming base plate attach this seal that I am selling and you would have a masterpiece and the value would jump way up by the thousands!

To ensure that I am more accurate in shipping costs, I prefer you wait for an invoice. Also, if you are the winning bidder of multiple items, waiting for an invoice from me ensures that I can adjust the combined shipping (if any) and save you even more. My goal is your satisfaction and I am not intending to make money on shipping.

Items will be shipped USPS Priority the next non-holiday weekday business day. I will also ship to Canada; however the shipping fee almost doubled January 2013. First class shipping to Canada for the 1st plate is typically .50
Payment is due same day or night auction ends so all plates are shipped to give you the fastest shipping possible; I can't go to the P.O. several times a week so your item will be delayed when payment is delayed.
